If I’m riding in the morning (6 days a week) I will eat one hard boiled egg, two scrambled eggs, some hash browns, a piece of toast, some granola and some fresh fruit, and if it’s the summer, some iced coffee. If it’s in the afternoon I don’t really eat anything special, maybe some granola if I’m hungry before I leave.
On longer rides I like to bring a few granola bars, some mint gum (to alleviate nausea) and some cliff energy gel (which tastes like salty strawberry jelly).
