<p style=”text-align: left;”>My worst crash was actually on my road bike. I was riding behind my brother and told him to check traffic and cross the road. While I was looking over my shoulder, he slowed down a little bit and then started to cross. He caught my front wheel with his back wheel. Because I was looking the other way it turned my front wheel and down I went at 12 MPH or so. I hit the pavement pretty hard. Got gravel stuck in my elbow; part of the bike (still not sure what) tore my sock and cut my ankle; and I got a patch of road rash about 3″ across on my hip. Somehow my shorts sustained no damage at all. Luckily there were no cars immediately behind me.</p>
