A few things I always have in my camel bak. Duct tape- not a roll- my local hardware store sells packs of duct tape in 6 inch strips. A signal device- mine is a whistle. Simple first aid supplies- nothing major just a couple large gauze pads. A pack of matches. $20. My cell phone.
