thanks ive started eating fruits with my lunches and only eating one sandwich and im also trying to snack on fruits or veggies instead of chips.. theres a biggest loser weight loss challenge starting friday at work and lasts 12 weeks this should give me some motivation not to mention who ever loses the most weight gets the money from the pot at 10 dollars per person
