From Norco Bikes:
What kept me going was the desire to get back out on my bike. I really wanted to keep going with the girls every week, and that was my motivation to eat well, and train. I was starting to go back to the gym – but really, I wanted to get back to normal so I could go bike with my friends.
Stephanie Dupont

Stephanie, my wife was diagnosed with Crohn’s Disease in 1990, Lymphocytic Colitis and Collagenous Colitis in 1991, then Renaud’s Syndrome, Systemic Arthritis, Asthma, and Grave’s Disease. She nearly died twice. Then in 2009 she began researching how to heal naturally and applied everything she learned to herself and began to improve. She was even able to go to work again. She was working for a chiropractor and he asked her to share her health success with his patients. In 2013 she began school to become an Certified Integrative Health Coach and opened her own practice in 2014. She then she has continued to take more and more certification courses on things like Gut Health, Hormone Health and much more. Most recently Pam completed an extensive course on Gluten becoming a Certified Gluten Free Practitioner and is now listed on an international registry. Anyone who wants to contact her can do so @ pamsowell58@yahoo.com. She can do remote consultations and she can help you take control of your health.
Super inspiring. As I get older taking care of my health is increasingly more important and sometimes it can be tough to balance that with doing the things I want to do (riding bikes) or finding the motivation to do it. I’ve had a tough time recently dealing with injuries and other things that have kept me off the bike and left me struggling to find the confidence to ride like I used to only a couple of years ago. Seeing rad people like this definitely help, so thanks for sharing.
Also I may need to make a trip to Rossland this summer…
