Nearly all of us at some point will be heading out for a long day in the saddle. It will be much more enjoyable if you are prepared physically for what lies ahead, so with a few training adjustments and new ideas you will soon be out riding your buddies.

    Did 2 x 240km mtb races. Longest training ride was 120km. Train hard, race easy for first 150km. Last thing that goes is the legs. Neck, back and mind goes first.
