Like a BOSS, that’s how its standing.
Very nice Sir
sounds like i am really late to the party here, however i am in the waterloo cedar falls area and am always down to ride
I ride alone all the time, i just make sure to take it easy when riding solo
Beverly Park was awesome, I was used to the “wussy” trials around the Waterloo area and got my ass kicked by Beverly. It was a really fun ride but again I was not mentally/physically ready for how tough it was. I will head back, not sure when but next time I will be ready.
I have been riding for 5 months now and I just bought a helmet, yes I was dumb but I thought hey I have very little up there so why spend the money, then a few hits to the head I decided brains or not it still hurts… its all about getting better but don’t be afraid to walk your bike, if you break something (bones or bike) it will take a while before you get back on that horse.
BB7 are on the bike and they are amazing! Thanks for the advice guys
Turns out it wasn’t just dirty my back derailleur was also bent, its now fixed and good as new
Wow, i am not the smartest person around. I cleaned it up really well last night and the sound is gone… Thanks
I can feel it in my right foot when I peddle hard, I have had the bike since April and I took it in for a tune up in May
I think I am going to hit up Beverly Park this weekend, thanks for the heads up
Cliff Bar druing the ride and a 16oz Redbull before i start the ride

Very good point, without that its WAY to hard to give out advice
Agreed with all of the above, I am in Iowa and its going to be 99 with a heat index of 110+ tomorrow (7/4) I plan on going early before it gets too hot and making sure my camelbak is full of ice cold water…
Again thanks for all of the info, i will try to clean them off and worst case i think i will go with the bb7’s…
Again thanks but the sounds of things i have A LOT to learn
Thanks guys, I will start with the bike shop then move on to new pads and if needed will go with new breaks
Sorry wasn’t thinking I should have included more info about the breaks
Tektro Novela mechanical disc brakes, 6-bolt, 160mm rotors
I’ll try a few things and if that doesnt work i’ll block it out… Thanks
