my best-worst down, on MTB challange SKODA LANG GP race, i break my arm on trial when i ride down 40km/h about, ride on stick and gras, an when i have pusch my front wheel on air to jump on the easy trail ….i landeed down on my arm, when the docter become to my accident he sad : hmmm, yuo can’t ride today, you mast go to hospital quikly and go to “cut table”……

my arm, my leg, shoes, glowes all in blod bbrrrrrrrrrrrr when i think abot i have cheeken skeen….brrrr

when i whose younger i feel down on my head, than twoo weeks on bad, i eat many fruits, and my brain been on another planet….he he it w’snt nice, friends meets me and ask : how are you Jaqb, how you feel…
