I love my camelpack. I just started riding this past year, and started with a water bottle, but moved up to a camel pack.

In the beginning the camel pack was the only way for me because I could get water without stopping, and I was always needing water.

As I seem to be in better riding shape it is not as big of a issue, but I still ove my camelpack. Got a new one for xmas that is smaller, but has less storage.

I just started riding last year and did about 500 miles.

This year my goal is 1212 miles.

Also just to get better, and ride more challenging stuff.

    Ride more trails around me.

Be able to ride 20 miles without dying. Currently ride around 8-10 miles. I have done 14 miles before.

I tried to find this trail mid summer last year while in Brunswick and could not find it. More info on location?

Thanks for the feedback. I think I’m thinking too much into it. I’m ready to go on a ride today.

Have you been on a big ride laely, like a 20 to 30 mile ride?Just thinking that once you get out and do a big ride you’ll be a little more in tune with your own limit’s.I too go on those short rides during the week and start to feel as if it is too much, although I know now that getting out and doing those big rides can stretch out those feelings and open up the spirit so you feel more like riding through the sands of time.hahaha 😃

No i have not done a big ride. I was trying to work my way up. My lungs I think are my weak point.

What I like to do is after a really hard day of riding, a day or so later I’ll go on a cruise around the neighborhood with the kids. It loosens up the sore muscles, without any expectation of having to hammer it over anything difficult.

Good advise. I have been going around the neighborhood after riding the trails to try and extend my deistance, but not as hard as the trails. Doing this right after riding the trails. Almost like a cool down.

Thanks for the feedback. I think I’m thinking too much into it. I’m ready to go on a ride today.

New to the forum and MTB’ing. I live in St Augustine area (World Golf area). Still riding a cheap walmart bike. Looking for a good HT.

Anyone ride Guana River state Park trails? I know they are beginner, but probably good for me to start on.

Hope to see you guys around.
