Coming out to Colorado springs in a couple of weeks. Need some guidence. Probably get to ride three or four days. Which trails should i hit up?

You need to tell us what kind of riding you like to do. Check out the Colorado Springs listing (click here) and see if any appeal to you.
In general, my recommendations are:
Downhill: Jones Park and/or Pipeline to Captain Jack to the Chutes (full day)
Technical: Palmer Park, especially Templeton trail (couple hours)
Cross country: Air Force Academy Falcon Trail, or Rampart Reservoir (couple hours)Stop by a local bike shop to get more details.

i dont really have a preference. i like it all. any bike shop in paticular?

Most of the bike shops are good. Click on one of the trail links above (not Rampart), and then look at the "Local Bike Shops Nearby" section toward the bottom of the page. You will see shops, locations, and ratings. I tend to use Criterium the most; it is close to where I live and they have almost always given me good service at a reasonable price.
