What are some trust worthy, reliable, and good online shops where I can buy parts, accessories, gear,(mtb stuff) with good prices and fast shipping? Thanks.

I frequently buy from Jenson USA, Chain Reaction Cycles out of England, Blue Sky Cycling and Niagara Cycles. Jenson ships UPS which sometimes takes longer than I like, Chain Reaction uses DHL which is very quick and Niagara and Blue Sky will ship small parts USPS. Jenson is the only retailer in which I’ve had a warranty issue and they shipped a replacement part that day at no cost. All of these on-line retailers have excellent pricing and frequent sales.

I bought my most recent mtn bike from JensonUSA and it came as advertised and has been a great bike so far.  I’ve also bought misc. supplies and clothe from nashbar, which has been fine too.  I’m always interested in finding good online options, so I’m hoping for some more posts here…

Universal Cycles has a HUGE selection, but sells pretty much everything at MSRP. I’ve recently been pleased with the service and prices @ Wiggle.com, which is owned by the same company as Chain Reaction.

Singletracks works with a number of reputable online retailers including JensonUSA, Tree Fort Bikes, Bikewagon, REI, and Wiggle. This tool lets you search all of those guys at once, plus Amazon and eBay, to find the best prices.

http://www.envelo.cc is our up and coming shop.  We’re a distributor for SR Suntour, Novatec and Slickoleum and we’ve added a few more that we’re working on and should be added in the coming months.  If you need something custom (forkwise we can make most combinations) we’re definitely a good go to.  We don’t have everything yet but we’re working on it.  The other cool thing about buying a fork from us, once you order we take it all apart and lube everything up and set it up for you; you don’t get a fork that’s been sitting on a shelf for years drying out.

And if you check out this YouTube there’s a discount code in the description: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=by-e2gGmfX8

I have had good luck with Tree Fort Bikes for parts and equipment and they have price match. They are also a full service bike shop and know their stuff if you have questions. Backcountry has good prices on apparel, gloves, pads, shoes, etc., and they ship for free. Its always worthwhile checking Amazon, (with Amazon prime it ships free and very fast), and they get their stuff from the same suppliers as the other sites.

+1 on Nashbar with the lifetime warranty.

I hate to say anything negative about Nashbar because there are some great folks who work there, but unfortunately I can’t personally recommend them 100%. Not that they are dishonest or anything, but I’ve found their online inventory system can be inconsistent and/or inaccurate sometimes. We also saw evidence of more returns from Nashbar (and Performance) than any of the other partners we’ve worked with.

You name the company and I’ve probably used them (as well as eBay and Pinkbike classifieds). They all generally do great and deliver what’s expected. Some take longer that others (like Worldwide Cyclery and Moosejaw). That being said, I personally use Jenson, Backcountry, Competitive Cyclist and Art’s the most. Since I’m in SoCal, as is Jenson, I generally have stuff the next day. Pretty hard to complain about that.

I also link to Jenson, BC & CC from https://www.activejunky.com which means I’ll get a refund of anywhere from 6-12% to my Paypal account. The % always changes but the BC “refund” is 9% right now. If you’re not using Active Junky, you’re losing money. It’s free and simple. Check it out.

Try “The Pros Closet”, the have new and used gear. Also, Backcountry.com.  I bought my “new” Niner from them.

What i use the most is performance…. they are a great company, and near me, they even have a couple retail stores so you REALLY know they are legit.

Jenson USA has the best prices and they also are a great company.
