Ok, I’m hoping one you geniuses out there can help me. I just bought a new pair of pedals for one of my bikes that uses Look cleats, and I need to use my old Shimano SPD-R (SPD also) shoes until I can afford a new pair. The shoes are drilled for the Look cleats, and I have one of the adapters that fits into the shoe and has the threaded holes for the SPD and also the three threaded holes for the look, but I’ve lost the other one. I’m wondering if anyone knows where to find one of these or an adapter? I can find a Look to SPD but I’m not having any luck the other way around.
When I get home, I will post a picture of the one piece I still have.

Here is the part I’m looking for. I can’t find a Look to SPD adaper. This part actually goes inside the shoe. I can put in just an SPD and SPD-R piece, or this one that matches up with the three holes that mount Look or SPD-SL cleats. If anyone has one of these laying around, I would be happy to buy it from you!
