This seems really interesting: a restaurant that’s designed to cater to mountain bikers, in Pittsburgh of all places. (Rather, than say a touristy spot like Moab or at a bike park in Colorado.)

The story says the menu is broken into pre-ride and post-ride sections, with dishes designed to fit diners needs. I’d suggest maybe adding a “during ride” section for packable, to-go burritos and PB&J wraps. 🙂

MTB clothing designers are always working to design stuff that looks good at the bar / restaurant, but maybe the restaurants should just go for a more casual, bike-shop vibe like this place, ha!
