Just recently got back on my feet from a week long stent of the swine flu. I attempted to ride last night, man I had no energy. I wasn’t hardly able to go a mile or two and I was completly gased 😈 I hope it doesn’t take much longer to fully recover, I want to ride 😬

Well, take it esy for a little while dude.I got sick a couple of summers ago and even after 3 weeks of staying off the trail and taking it easy I got big time cramps while out on the trail.I was out 7 or 8 miles on an out and back trail and right at the turn around point I just started cramping up.It took me about 3 hours to get back to the car because the cramps would not go away and continued through the night and although barable the next day, they were still there. It was just miserable being in everyone’s way out on the trail and not being able to move for them,I felt like a scare crow out on the trail till I got back to the car.hahaha.

I hope you recover soon Rsb201. A lot of that going around. We have one person out at work now who has it. They check everyones body temperature every morning on the way into the building. Get well and ride on.

Start slow man, it is going to take a little time to get back to full speed… No fun I’m sure…
