Park City UT Recommendations

Me and a few buddies are going to Park City, UT to MTB ride for a week in the middle of June.  2 of us are turning 50 this year and wanted to do an “epic” trip.  We are all experienced MTBers riding here in Texas and a few of us in Colorado.  I am looking for your recommendations on where and what to ride while we are there.

I haven’t been a while.  But the Mid-Mountain trail is 22 miles of singletrack and is an IMBA epic.  We rode it from Park City and it ends at the Olympic Ski Jump area and then we rode back on the bike paths and roads.  It’s one of the most fun trails I’ve been on, hanging around 8000ft the whole time.  My local friend loves the Wastach Crest trail.  It’s also an Imba Epic and supposedly has some of the best views around with some exposure that’s not too bad.  It’s supposed to open in early June usually but it’s been very snowy.  For a super epic day you can ride Crest to connector and back on Mid-Mountain for 40 miles of high singletrack.
