Have any of you women attended both of these events? Would you recommend going to a ROAM event first?

Laurel, what are you looking to get out of the event? Seems like the thrust of the ROAM events is very different than that of Outerbike.

Greg, I am looking to demo bikes to get a better understanding of the differences in handling amongst the brands and models, try different terrain while re-visiting the southwest (have not been since mid 90s) and improve my skills. I guess I should have re=phrased my question bc now that I consider it, I think that I am really looking for unbiased reviews of the ROAM events.
