What is the WORST song to have in your head while riding?
A while ago I got the Barney theme stuck in my head and wanted to ride right into a tree!Also, What is the BEST pre-ride song?
For me, It’s anything by TOOL! -
I’ve constantly got music going through my head. But if I think about it, I have something like Ministry or KMFDM while I’m riding.
The worst song?
"I Henry the Eighth I am, Henry the Eighth I am I am……" 😮

If you have small children, like I do, the worst thing to hear before going out to ride is something from the Pre-school TV channel like the Backyardigans or the Wonderpets.
That’s why, if I am driving to a trail head, I ensure that I have Hardattack or the Punk Channel from Sirius blazing on the car stereo, or worst case Iron Maiden – you can never go wrong with Maiden!

Woof, woof. What do I hear? Nothing! Oh yeah, lets upgrade the software on the Sats all at the same time without testing it and cut off service to our 6 million subscribers all at the same time. Smooth!
Did XM finally bring back a metal channel or are they still wallowing in defeat? Liquid Metal caused me sell my XM and go with the [i:zac32740]Doggie[/i:zac32740] because the [i:zac32740]Doggie[/i:zac32740] has a real metal station.
Sorry for being cynical about XM but you had a disparaging tone in referencing my beloved Sat Music provider, who by the way is still planning on buying yours.

Well, I hope they learned their lesson with Liquid Metal, hopefully it doesn’t suck anymore. Hopefully, they will have more listeners than O&A.
What is squizz? Is that the Alt Rock channel?
XM did have some inroads on Sirius. They were first to develop a punk channel. I have been ranting on and on in various forums that Sirius needs a Punk channel, and now they do. Next up is a Dead Channel this summer!

O&A Rock and got a bum deal! Squizz is an alt channel that’s not as hard as XMLM.

I get some weird songs stuck in my head when I ride, and I never really know why. I talk to myself and pray a lot while riding (it’s kind of a spiritual thing to me), but I do get stupid, stupid music stuck in my head, like "Duke of Earl" or "Louie, Louie." Ugh.
Prior to rides, it’s all about energetic rock music — everything from Avenged Sevenfold to Powerman 5000 to Rob Zombie… and, to be a shill, I find that THIS band pumps me up quite a bit: [url:13j6t4bd]http://www.myspace.com/griffonband[/url:13j6t4bd]
Rumor has it their drummer likes to mountain bike a lot! 😆
