It should fit. I am 6’1, 202 with a 32″ inseam and I bought a “Large” (19″) Motobecane Fantom29 Expert over the winter and it fits great. I only have a few hundred miles on it but it is definitely the right size for me.

What does website sizing chart says? My Motobecane Fly Team fits me well, exactly as sizing chart recommended.
It depends on what type of riding you oriented more. It’s possible to stretch/shorten size slightly by changing seat post and stem. But only slightly.
