We’ve heard that FATS and Lick Fork in South Carolina are closed due to the shutdown of the federal government. Based on the forest service’s guidelines (more info here), we’d expect lots of trails shut down across the country.

Are your local trails closed? Fill us in on any closures you know of!

No Federally support MTB trails in the Dallas/Fort Worth are that I am aware of… so no closed trails here.

Yes Greg, unfortunately Fats, which is 10min from my doorstep, is closed. We have not been able to ride out there for over two months due to rain. The shutdown is just icing on that stale cake! But alas, our local group, SORBA-CSRA, is trying to get it reopened during the shutdown, but the dang rain will not stop!!!

The funny thing is, this thread was started during the last shutdown 12 months ago.
