Trying to find reviews on this bike. I really want to own this bike but worried that the 27.5 is just a fad. I need another bike like I need a hole in my head. But I still plan to purchase another all mountain with a little more suspension than my Trek super fly 29". Any help on this would be great.

27.5 isn’t a fad.
We checked out an Intense 27.5 at Outerbike and we were underwhelmed. In this category, definitely have a look at the Turner Burner. Jamis also has a couple of FS 27.5 bikes.

yeah, they said the same thing about 29ers. Wait, what? Sorry maddslacker, couldn’t help myself.
Okay, okay, I’ll allow myself a serious discussion here. It seems that 29ers are more suitable for XC with a few AM type rigs out there. I was recently reading an article about the Norco Range and it seemed the 27.5 lent itself more to the AM crowd, so I am curious to see where the manufacturers place their focus.
My research is limited, but it sounded like the 27.5 offers a nice mix of the benefits from the 26er and 29er. Based on that, I predict the end of the 29er and 26er. Long live 27.5er (hmmm, it doesn’t roll off the tongue quite as smoothly),
