I’ve been looking for a new enduro bike for under 3000. I want around 150mm to 170mm of travel. I need a do it all bike one that can rip the down hills but also climb well. I do a lot of traveling with my bikes so I need a bike that can do both well I go to downhill parks but I also go to places where you have to climb! If you have any suggestions please help me out! Thanks

I know you said enduro, however I have taken my Trek Fuel EX all over the world.  It has been able to take anything I’ve thrown at it.  Granted I’m running a Fox 36 TALAS up front, beefier wheels and tires, and with other upgraded components.  I’ve ridden different mountain ranges, climates, and it takes em all.  I think you can find the package you are looking for except the -3k range, unless it’s used.  The capabilities and technology (with R&D behind it) are going to run those prices.  Unfortunately, it is what it is.  With Pinkbike.com and others like it, perhaps you strike a deal?  When you find what you are looking for, throw up a pic and share, we’d love to see how it worked out.  Take care.

Check YT and Commencal direct sales.  Bought 2 Commencal Meta 3’s for my sons.  Excellent.

        Specialized Enduro Comp.

I have seen them brand new for $1999.

Will climb anything you can.And bomb the downhills.

I picked one up off CL with upgraded carbon wheels, dropper post, upgraded drive train for a little over 2k..had 40 miles on it..

Also the Giant Reign ,YT ,so many nice bikes these days.Good luck..

Lol drcbrath, got me there. Suppose my mind was thinking of higher components and such for that level. Yup, this is a great start. My bad lol. ????????

Plus One on the Giant Reign. Test rode one last fall, loved it. Just don’t need an Enduro bike here in Florida.

The new RIP 9 I recently reviewed sometimes goes on sale for $2,999… not sure what you can find one for right now

      Tons of options out there.

$3k will get you a dope ass Commencal Meta AM V4.2 with (mostly) better components than the Reign, including an Eagle drivetrain.
