Carrier racks for bikes w/ discs?

I am interested in doing some overnight mountain bike rides and need to carry the essential gear. I am not too interested in carrying stuff on my back. Does anyone know of a ‘Blackburn style’ rear carrier rack that is designed to fit a bike with disc brakes? Blackburn says they don’t make one. Local bike shops say one exists but no one has been able to prove it.

I have a Stumpjumper with disc brakes.

You could get the kind that ataches (spelling sucks today) to your seat post.
