I mentioned to a friend at church that I just started using rollers a couple weeks ago and he just emailed me this video of Chad Hungerford doing some amazing stuff on his rollers. If you’ve never tried riding on rollers you might not be impressed but let me tell you this is tough stuff. Taking your hands off the bars is hard enough (I can barely take one hand off to wipe sweat off my face) but cycling roller guy unclips one foot with no hands on the bars!
Amazing stuff, though I gotta warn you the video is a little slow and a hefty 14MB download.
