A very fun trail that is sandy, "cindery" and rocky, with ascents that range from gradual to short and steep. There are several descents that a rental bike with stock tires cannot handle, however. The views were incredible and this is well worth the ride. If you are unsure of your skill level at points, however, get off and walk. There are many sections where if you wreck it will ruin your day. Have fun, but be safe. And oh, BTW, there are many areas that are not marked. Try to find a trail map beforehand, or bring gps. Trail width ranges from double to single track.
