Review: Ride up the forest service roads then bomb down the fun trails. Great concept of trails to work on your downhill/endure skills with some nice flowy trails and some techy trails to keep things interesting. Could maybe use some vegetation trimming though, things can get a little overgrown.

Review: Rutted, overgrown, gravelly and loose. This was my first time at Tokul - East. No trail markers, few signs of maintenance, and the occasional sign of intentionally blocking trails... Two other riders stopped me asking for directions. It's fitting that there's supposedly a run called "Goosechase" that I may or may not have ridden. description says it drains well, so maybe it's a good option for winter??? Not really worth the $8 access day pass, IMO.

Review: The singletracks all begin off the SVT. There are several ways in all are fun. The area is really 3 plateaus stacked up. The lower bench has some excellent flat beginner singletrack. Bench two is a bit more technical but nothing more than intermediate level (like me). The top is ROCKIN fun! The highlight is Flotron. Go with someone who knows the area or plan to hunt and peck between fire roads and singletrack. Tokul East is never as crowded as Tiger.
