Mountain Biking Tiny Trail

***   Add a review
#133 of 312 mountain bike trails in Ontario
#6,890 in the world

The trail is paved for most of the first 4.6kms (2.7 miles) then changes to hard pack crushed limestone. The start of this trail actually begins on the “Penetanguishene Trail” but seamlessly leads into the “Tiny Trail”. The start location I’ve provided is the best place to park your vehicle. The total combined trail is 22kms (13 miles) one way. This follows a railway route and in most part has little to no incline. Very rarely will you encounter anybody on the trail. Get your speed up and use it for a great workout. You’ll travel through beautiful hardwood/softwood stands, marsh areas and farmlands. At the end of the trail jump onto the road and head the same direction into the village of Elmvale for some drinks and food before heading back. Note: there are no facilities on this trail, so carry what you need. This is not a difficult trail. In this part of Ontario you'll find poison ivy in the bush. There is a lot of it along this trail.
