Trail Description
About this trail
My first real downhill, and by 'real' downhill, I mean 'real' downhill. A nice combination of fast, smooth straightaways and steep rock gardens. I walked one of the rock gardens. My arms were aching and it was just so fast. One section of loose rocks shattered my dork disc.

Trail starts off as black blaze, but meets and orange blazed intersection. Take orange. Two downed trees must be carried over. With proper shuttling can be done over and over again. Pizza, ice cream, wraps, coffee are all waiting at the end of the ride.

Review: Sugarloaf is a longish system of trails but that is in different parts of the mountain. The loop up on top of the mountain is ok but was very grown in as of August 1, 2016 and made the descent portion very slow. The part of sugarloaf that takes you back to the main area of ohiopyle is the best part. It has some fun sections but is mostly long straight descents that is covered with big gravel.

Review: I did this as a shuttle ride and it is mostly downhill in the beginning and then flat rail trail across the bridge to the falls. Very fun, and I did it multiple times.
