Review: Fun trails for beginners. Expect to see wildlife in the mornings and evenings, I spooked a massive bald eagle last night. Watch for spider webs in the morning during the summer months, duh. This not the State Park trail!

Review: An update to my previous review. Last time I was here the trail was in rough shape. Since that time the local chapter has really worked hard and have greatly improved this trail system. The trail is clear and well maintained. The obly improvement I would suggest is trail markers. Fun/easy ride

Review: It's not the state park! Pass that up. Go toward the landings, before the entrance make left, go towards aquarium, KEEP right follow to right! Go to the end, you have to stop. To your right is coast guard to your left is trail. Kinda hidden but well used

Review: Not overgrown. I'm on it every week. Beginner. It's nice for a work out. No inclines or descents. There are some obstacles here and there. It's fun and a nice ride. I wouldn't consider it a gravel ride at all. It's single track and runs along the water. A loop or a back and forth

Review: Just rode this on Championship Sunday. Had my two kids and a friends with me. All Hard tails, mostly store bought bikes. Everyone handled it really well. Great scenery. Not the trail in the link, but a good ride.

Review: There's a decent amount of Palmetto roots, but not a challenging trail, very pretty though. If you just want a little morning exercise, something scenic, or are riding a new bike for the first time (like I was), it's worth checking out.

Review: I was bored with this trail, very flat, not very long, very crowded with hikers, and it costs money to enter the GA state park. Don't get me wrong, I understand and respect it's a multi use trail, but I'm also saying you'd be better to hike this one than to ride. I also respect paying a small fee to support the park, once again, I'm just saying it's probably not worth it for biking.

Review: The trail you speak of is The Skidaway State park trail and not the Skidaway Priest landing trail. The pictures here are also from the state park and not the Priest Landing trail.

Review: To clear things up, I live on the island. Let me clear things up. There are 2 different trail areas. One is in the SKIDAWAY ISLAND STATE PARK. This is a short 2 mile loop with no hills or woops. More for a easy bike ride. The second location is the PRIEST LANDING TRAILS. These are not a part of the state park trails. This is a different trail with some technical parts but not too serious. The picture on this segment is from the STATE PARK. but the title (priest landing) is the other trails on the island. Two different places.

Review: Beautiful! Perfect for a slow loop with beginners or children. So much to see and stop to explore. Perfect for multiple loops if your looking to get in a quick 10miles. I made a day trip from Hilton Head and went to Skidaway in the morning, lunch, then Tom Triplet in the afternoon. Back on the Island before dinner.
