Mountain Biking Laurel Ridge State Park

*****   Add a review
#59 of 295 mountain bike trails in Pennsylvania
#2,317 in the world

Network of trails running mostly along the top of the Allegheny plateau. Rock gardens and technical pick your way through obstacles used to be the calling card of these trails, but some have been smoothed for cross country skiing. Technical rock gardens still exist on trails like silver mine, black bear, fish run, wolf and bear rocks and many little side connecting trails. Not a lot of rolling speedy single track. If you like technical trails give the Laurel Highlands a try. Trail maps are available at various picnic / parking areas and the ranger station in Linn Rin State Park.
