Trail Description
About this trail
A quick area for a beginner or a short jaunt, a walking path to deactivated railroad. Past Sewall's Falls' Bridge is slightly more technical (mostly flat with roots and small rocks) a good place to start to learn trail riding. Along the river the whole way.

Review: I click "Intermediate" only because there is two areas before the bridge that may scare a beginner. A quick sandy climb (and very quick drop from the other side, with roots at the bottom) and a hill leading to a wooden bridge over a brook. After the bridge, (trail continues past parking area under bridge) you will encounter more roots and rocks and just before you're on the rail bed, a quick left hander that's a steep, but quick, climb (subject to flooding in spring). You CAN follow the tracks a bit (these rails are inactive) however, they are still railed and tied with a narrow path beside. This area is where I spent most my teen years learning the basics of trail riding.
