Trail Description
About this trail
This is a state beah and so during the summer months there is a parking fee, the trails start on the back end of the park near the pavilion, make sure you stay on marked trail and avoid the no riding signs in posted areas (mostly where the beach crowd is) once in you will find a 3.5-4 mile loop to explore, again during the summer there are a lot of people there so watch out for hikers, dogs, kids, etc... mostly single track and great ocean views

Review: Beautiful trails. Not very technical and it's a short trail system. However there are more trails than what is shown on the map. The trails are multi-use so be cautious, yet there is some singletrack. I took the trails that looked less traveled an was not disappointed! Incredible views of Long Island Sound, a marsh and ROCKS! You can make this trail a quick ride or ride all day. Definitely a great workout an it's a place to bring the little future MTB riders as well. Wonderful well maintained park an day use area.

Review: Beautiful views, good singletrack sections, some nice fire access roads, good parking and facilities, and you can then also hit the beach during the summer. What's not to like?

Review: Short but fun trail. Rode it over and over when I was in the area for the week. Single track flows pretty nice and a little rocky. Really good views of the coast from the top. Worth riding it if you are close by and can ride it several times in a row. The place was deserted every time I was there which was good.

Review: Great place for a quick ride, there is a access point on RT 156 and a small parking area (off 95 take a right, its at the top of the hill on left). Get in, ride, hard to get lost, check yourself for ticks, you notice alot of the area town names have Lyme in them, its for a reason. Watch for other trail users. There is more info/ maps on CT NEMBA's web site
