Trail Description
About this trail
There is a Loop for walkers/joggers, but inside of the loop is the good stuff! It
consist of mini clay jumps, logs( zig zag and ride over), balance beams, river
rocks pits, sand pits(?) bridges (short cut-off jumps) & 2 long bridges, berms,
and piles of big rocks. The trails 1 mile, easy enough to do more than once and
the outer ring for run/jog is approx. 2/3 of a mile. ENJOY!!!

Review: Did 3 laps on the fox trail on 06/25/2018. Trail is in relatively good shape. After the hurricane there were some fallen trees but they have been cleared out. Its by no means a very technical trail which is fine for me since I'm just getting back into sport. Great for practicing and a quick workout. There are some features along the trails like wooden bridges and rock pits as well as elevated boards. It's only about a mile so multiple laps are needed for a good workout. I wouldn't drive too far to go there. I just happen to live less than a mile away.

Review: This is a nice easy trail for a beginner or child wanting to start off and get some exercise and confidence. Parking is close and the trail is only about a mile. There are some small obstacles and jumps in the center. My 7 year old and I had a blast. More experienced riders will get bored easy.

Review: I am a beginner and this trail has no roots to worry about. Totally hard packed dirt except sandy dirt in turns - slid out a bit. What I like is that there were tiny jumps, balance beams, awesome skinny bridges and bridge drops - all perfect for learning on. Practiced my bunny hops and my friend did balance beams and jumps for her FIRST time ever. Makes her more comfortable and wanting to do more.

Review: As the other riders / reviewers mentioned it is good beginer or refresher course even for small kids. Unlike most south Florida courses it does not have sugar sand which is a plus for speed and it does have tight turns on the inside Fox trail so this makes some more technical.

Review: Good beginner course but will likely be boring for most experienced riders. I agree with other reviews that it isn't single track... the majority of the trail is ~6' wide and hard packed soil (feels almost like riding on asphalt). There's a good amount of technical challenges spaced out and they are easily bypassed for beginners.

I also encountered a lot of pedestrian traffic on the outer loop and most had dogs off their leash (which required some quick braking on my part).

Otherwise, it is a good trail for beginners to learn or maybe a slow family ride.

Review: Not a true singletrack, as you can see in the video I will post in a short bit. Quite wide. I did a quick run through just to get quick video of the track. Only one mile on the inside loop. But the outside loop is a mile as well. So two miles combined. Great for practice or a quick and fast ride around. I think this track is a great way to introduce younger kids to the sport. That's why I rate it a two. The path is old damaged pavement that has raised, cracked, and broken off. Looks like it might have been a mobile home park at one point. But the brokenness of the pavement provides a decent rugged experience for the novice.

Review: Preservation Park has 1 mile of singletrack composed of simple technical obstacles. There are small ramps, planks, and bridges. These obstacles can be bypassed. The trail is very short and has no elevation changes making it really only good for beginners and/or technical practice.
