Trail Description
About this trail
Hard and soft pack. HIgh climbs and steep decents make this a trail for only the tough and the experienced for sure. I am a begginer and had no chance of completing more than 2 miles of this trail, and my friend and I busted our rear ends before calling this ride off. But I loved it none-the-less!

Bunny Hop

Review: I have taken my biggest spill to date on this trail, and it was on the first downhill section if that tells you anything. This trail is VERY rocky. What makes it so difficult is that the original trail is completely washed out with gullies. However, even if that weren't the case, the downhill is intense. I run into people on 4wheelers and they can never believe I am biking these trails. Lots of big ravines, and they are quite scenic, being right next to Roanoke Rapids Lake. If you bike right through the cove, you can continue on all the way to Thelma and the Gaston Dam. These trails are a great workout, and great practice
