Trail Description
About this trail
The upper section of PMD is technical and often wet. The section beneath Marble Mountain Road is fast and accessible to almost anyone on any mountain bike. There are a few water bars near the top of the trail, but these are definitely roll-able if you don't want to jump them. Otherwise, the trail is relatively non-technical.

When you get near the bottom, make sure to follow the signage and stay on the public path. In the winter, this trail becomes a snowmobile path.

The town of Wilmington runs shuttles on Sundays in the summer, otherwise you can park and shuttle from the Up a Creek parking lot at the bottom. Stop in at Leepoff Cycles and say hi if they are open - you might find some riding buddies.

Review: This is a great trail that is all downhill. though it is very bumpy and technical, it is straight and fast. I have a kona blast hardtail and that dose well but after doing it 2 or 3 times it gets very bumpy and uncomfortable. I would suggest a bigger bike such as Santa Cruz nomad or even a giant glory
