Review: Pedal up, fly down. A rare treat in the Capital District to have a bit of gravity and berms to rail. The main climb has one tech spot that's a bit of a challenge, but enjoyable for novice to advanced riders. The descent is as fast as you want to make it. There are no major drops. Side trails get more challenging. One of my favorite places to ride.

Review: A mostly rocky technical trail, but some good single track. You either want the real nice downhill that lasts about 3/4 mile, or the really rocky technical stuff. I loved the downhill single-track, and the first mile. The rocky parts were tough, and not as enjoyable as I expected. maybe because it was 85 degrees. But, for technical rock gardens it is as good as it gets

Review: Attempted to ride this this past weekend (3 July) but found the trail hard to find. The parking area had some interesting people camped out in it. We rode up the main access road but didn't see the turn off onto zig-zig, vegetation may have blocked it off. Photos of the trail are great so we were super excited, we will head back at some point.

Review: Rode for the first time today. Little discouraging at first as I was not really familiar with the system. Pretty sure I started off on a "foot trail" before meeting up with bonnie and clyde and then to zig zag. Pretty technical rocky climb to top of zig zag but then the fun begins all the way down. Overall, fun challenging trail, I'll be back.

Review: These are my favorite trails in the capital region. Plan for a demanding ride. Loads of great work has gone into these rad, technical trails. The trails are well made with many fun lines in the rock fields up on the top of the hill. Also, none of the trails are directional, but I would recommend riding knuckle and zig zag counter-clockwise, the fun factor is higher! From the top red pine offers a fast flowy rip back down to the parking with berms the whole way. It's a great trail to end on. For those feeling ambitious, it is possible to connect over to the Grafton trail network with a fireroad climb to make an epic ride.
Check out the Saratoga Mountain Bike Association's website for a very good trail map.
