Mountain Biking Pinhoti Trail: Sloppy Floyd

***   Add a review
#213 of 405 mountain bike trails in Georgia
#5,934 in the world

Trail is a pretty tough climb that starts off with an old Marble Mine/Waterfall that has a footbridge to explore it. Definitely a singletrack with a lot of big rocks and leaves covering it in the fall. This trail is pretty hard unless you're ready for a tough climb, but the downhills are even sweeter! Lots of good ramps and dips.

Getting there
From I-75, take Adairsville exit and go until it runs into US 27. Then take a right onto US 27 North, app. 10 miles. You will go up a small mountain and on your way down you'll see a big brown sign on the left that says Sloppy Floyd park, which is where you'll turn. Then you just stay straight on that road until it runs into the park. Ranger station will be on your right so you can find other trails as well.
