From I-95 take the exit for Topsham. Follow state route 196 east through town. After a few miles turn left at the Bypass and travel North on route 24. After about 6 miles take a left onto Foreside Road. The trail head is on the left side of the road after crossing over the Muddy River. You can park on the side of the road.
