Review: You have to be a member of BVMBA to be able to ride here legally (since Millican Reserve is private property), or if you are a guest rider, you can sign the waiver and submit it to BVMBA online, but you need to be accompanied by a member, (Or you can join their social ride every Tuesday 6:30pm). Most part of the trail system is easy and flowy. There are some up and downs at phase I, a short fun section called "Roller Coaster" at Phase II, Phase III has the most straight lines, while Phase IV is tighter and twistier, and gets dark quicker than the rests. Trails are well maintained and has bail out point every 2-3 miles (after each phase). Some parts have loose rocks/sands. Phase V is new, techy, with more descend/ascend, switchbacks and off-chamber turns. But you might not be able to find it without guidance
