Review: Wtf? Why is there zero beta on all of the trails out here? I am kind of upset about it, honestly. Got lost and had to back track on a cool trail because I was heading farther and farther from my truck and had no way of knowing if I was riding to nowhere or a 3 mile loop or a 30 mile loop. Also single track's maps and gps function sucks.

Review: Fat bike very very highly recommended. Right tool for the job. Especially if you are thinking of dropping into the badlands of the Mariposa Preserve. Extremely sandy. Found a seasoned rider out there the other day who had walked for hours to try and get back to civilization. He did not have a fat bike but a plus bike. Just to much sand to deal with on skinnier tires. 4.6 tire width with low pressure is perfect for the badlands.

Review: Fun if you have wide tires. Sandy soils make for a difficult ride. Take your plus bike or fat bike to make this a doable ride.
