Review: A true grinder for the first two miles and a way to judge ones fitness at ~7500', any time of the season. Two weeks ago after turning my bike around at the snow line, I and three hikers from Denver, sat for 15 mins and watched a bull, cow and calf moose munching on the trail until they migrated safely off. AND speaking of nature, two springs ago I crested the more difficult of the two halves of the ride, breathless like a freight train only to encounter a topless woman hiker...both augmenting the scenery and providing an objective gauge of how cool a spring morning it truly was.
