Trail Description
About this trail
The park consist of three different trails, the yellow trail being the most difficult and the blue being the
easiest and the Red trail is in between the two...The Blue and Red trails are very short. The Trails has
many nice descents, switchbacks, a difficult creek crossing, and steep climbs that make the short trail very
exhausting. Beware of exposed roots during your climbs and descents and poison ivy during the warm
months. The trail is one of the most technical in Memphis by far and is definitely the most challenging despite the short length. Other points of interest, the trail doesnt hold water very long like the other local
trails and the trail has very little traffic foot or bike

Review: Went out this weekend and was glad to see some new lines had been added to help the trails flow better along with some erosion being repaired.

Review: Good trail for training - most elevation change out of the few trails in Memphis. Short loops, but after going through 3 or 4 times it will work your lungs and legs. High amount of erosion, but it makes it more challenging and will help increase your technical ability. Drains well after a rain.

Review: This track is fun to ride if you take a right when you go to the "yellow" part of the tail when you ride up the hill. That part is fun and has a few nice declines. The rest of it is really technical. There is lots of roots and narrow places that look like you might not fit. This track is a really good track if you want a real test of your leg muscles. I'm only 13 and I'm normally really beat after I get done. For me this track takes about 20 to 30 minute depending on the routes I take. Because it doesn't take long I normally ride ever weekend but because of its short length it is really easy to go when you don't have much time and you still want to have a fun ride!

Review: Great after-work Trail. Ride this in both directions twice and you'll have increased stamina and technical ability that you'll notice when riding your normal trail system. Great training trail.

Review: Its a very difficult singletrack trail with many steep climbs, several nice descents, tight switchbacks and other technical sections. The trail is very well maintained and doesnt hold water with a few areas of exception. However, with all the three trails combine (yellow, red, blue) it only comes in at 4 miles or so of distance

Review: This trail is actually in Lakeland, not Nashville - about 20-30 minutes from Memphis. It has a couple trails including a decent jump. It is very short, you should plan on doing all of them. Well maintained.
