Mountain Biking Lake to Lake

*****   Add a review
#109 of 283 mountain bike trails in New Mexico
#6,763 in the world

Starting at Lake Alice Campground overflow parking you travel north on the trail on the westside of Chicorica creek then you cross a 40 ft bridge which puts you on the east side of the creek for the remainder of the trail. You will definately get a good workout as you gain elevation for most of you trip up the canyon. You will encounter a couple of small wood bridges on this trail. Expect to encounter wildlife at any moment. Deer, bear, elk and turkey frequently use this trail also. This trail also connects to the L. Alice trail at the south trailhead and the Wapiti trail at the northend trailhead.
