Review: Fun little quick ride, not really any technical stuff other than some fun little climbs, some easy switchbacks, and a couple tiny log jumps. For the most part, wide, fairly smooth single track through some hilly, forested area. I did a real short ride and took Ruby slippers (fun climb with switchbacks and some little dips), flying monkeys (hilly, lots of quick elevation changes, some steeper descents, but still easily manageable, even for beginner), and horse of a different color (flowy ride through forest). Don't fall in the brush, cuz there are some nasty monsters thorns on some of the local flora.

Review: As of today (10/20/17), there are now 6 green trails and one blue trail open at Kinsey, with another blue one partially done, and one more blue one in the planning stages. This trail system could be a template for other MTB clubs on how to introduce people of all ages to mountain biking. The two munchkinland trails are perfect for the young kids and are a great warmup for the upper trails. The upper green trails are as challenging as you want to make them. I'm an "advanced beginner" and even the one completed blue trail Twister is very doable. All of the trails are bidirectional and are just wide enough in most places to let you meet other riders (or hikers/joggers) without having to stop or dismount. Riding the upper trails one way and then riding them in the opposite direction is a really nice ride. These are not white knuckle trails, but they're definitely fun! We'll see what Flying Monkeys (partially completed) and the next blue trail have to offer for the intermediate riders. As for PAMBA and all their hard work in creating these fabulous trails, many thanks! I just mailed my membership check!
