Trail Description
About this trail
The Kentucky Lucky Chicken Trail is a four mile loop which is mostly technical and not suitable for novice riders. It is ridable either direction, clockwise provides a switchbacky, more technical climb and a faster downhill and counterclockwise provides a more gradual climb and a slower, techy downhill. The main loop is easy to follow. There are bandit downhill trails crossing the loop which are not recommended.

Review: This is an awesome ride for riders who love technical riding. While ridable either direction, I prefer clockwise for the constantly technical climb, and the faster screamer of a downhill with occasional technical obstacles. There are 360 degree views from the top where you can see the city of St. George, Zion National Park, and every valley, mountain range, bluff and butte in the area. This trail is entertaining throughout its four miles for an aggressive or skilled rider. It'd get 5 stars if it was more than just four miles.
