The Kettle Crest area is the most extensive trail system in WA that is open to MTB, but not moto, and is the location of the annual "Kettle Fest" camp out, ride and work party put on by Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance. MTB access to these trails is threatened by groups pushing for Wilderness designation. Support Evergreen Mountain Bike Alliance to maintain our access to this system.
Many combinations are possible. A common loop is to climb Sherman Tie trail out of Jungle Hill campground to Sherman Pass. Then head north on the Kettle Crest trail, mostly climbing. After a short descent, followed by another climb, turn right on to the Jungle Hill trail, which will descend back to the campground where you parked.
