Trail Description
About this trail
The LaCrosse VELO club deserves much credit for the job they did here. Trails are well built. Singletrack is tight, twisty, and full of log obstacles. The hills are sure to make you sweat a little bit. There is a map in the parking lot to show you the recommended route.

Review: Awesome trails with berms, rollers, jumps and old school bench cut single track ! Also has a pump track at the trail head by the NOAA station

Review: With the new flow/downhill trails this could be one of the best places to ride in the state. There is something for everyone here and the local volunteers are constantly working to improve and add to this trail system. No matter what type of riding you like, you will find it here. There's old-school tight singletrack, plenty of great climbs, fast flow trails, and a downhill gravity trail with all sorts of jumps and berms. It's Disneyland on dirt.

Review: Love, love, love these trails! There are some great intermediate trails. I would give it less stards because there only beginner trail is boring, but I don't need a green trail :) Also, the local volunteers work really hard atmaintaining the trails.

Review: As some of the more critical reviewers have said, much of the trail doesn't 'flow' well- True! BUT, it's still a great trail with some challenging sections, rock/root interruptions mid turn or right out of uphill corners. Great trail, worth riding at least once!

Review: This area has endless potential, however the current trails are very sub-par. There is almost no flow to speak of. Most of the trails are tight singletrack, with poorly placed obstacles, and have not been updated in several years. It's sad because with some work and leadership these trails could rival Copper Harbor or Duluth.

Review: I am not quite sure why it's amazing to many. After riding over 20 different trails, I'm not quite impressed...? We can't ride downhill smoothly with so many trees roots or rocks in the way. There's two segments we would find dead end or closed without warning... And it looks like it's two way trails, not loops. And it's has many connect loops making it confusing whether you are on same trail or not.. Sorry, it's 3 star...

Review: Awesome trails with enough variety to keep me entertained for the 6 months I lived in the area. The black trails are certainly technical enough to push many people's skills
