This trail is mostly singletrack but requires some single lane logging road riding to complete the loop. Expect long climbs, remote areas, technical riding, short hike a bikes, and great scenery and views. The loop includes portions of trails 110, 105, 106, and 113 which are in the headwaters of Hughes Creek. Riders should be intermediate or better skills with good stamina and carry lots of water.

From Salmon, drive approximately 28 miles north on Highway 93 to Hughes Creek Road. Turn west on Hughes Creek Road number 091 and drive approximately 4 miles to the West Fork of Hughes Creek. If you are doing the whole loop ride park here and begin. You can either do the ride clockwise or counterclockwise. You can also do a vehicle shuttle and cut out quite a bit of climbing if you ride the route clockwise.
