Mountain Biking Henry S. Hunnewell Town Forest

*****   Add a review
#96 of 223 mountain bike trails in Massachusetts
#6,082 in the world

It's a small area but has decent climbs and drops for it's size, it's a real hidden gem. It's great for a 40-60 minute ride if you work or live in the area. The variation in trails is really good.

I usually start North, loop around south east and then start the climb towards the north west. The climbs range from just a workout to challenging.

There are two good drops from the watertower. The southern route has more flow to it. The northern one is a little more technical.

The biggest downside of the trail is the copious amounts of nettles in the south east.
