Really cool trail on private land. Two loops, race loop and challenge loop. The trail is fairly well labeled and easy to follow. There are a couple splits that look confusing, but most of them are a feature and the other direction is a bypass.
Several of the features are really a lot of fun and well executed, I especially enjoyed the rock garden that was in a downhill section.
One thing of note: I wish the pink warning sign about riding when wet was at the trailhead. It wasn't wet when I rode, but if it had been I wouldn't have appreciated a threatening sign once I had ridden 75% of the trail, telling me to "have my ID ready". I understand this is private land, I respect that, and I understand why the land owner wouldn't want you destroying his trail when it's wet. Point is, you should be stopping these people that ride wet trails before they even get on the trail. Put the sign at the trail head!
