About this trail
Old gravel Path, first 4 km easy climb along a creek, about 200ft elevation gain, then same distance down to the other side of the ridge.

This trail connects with Camino de Cruzes, which was a mayor merchandise route use by the Spanish 500 years ago to cross the country, in other words the old school Panama Canal.

100% submerged in tropical rain-forest, VERY humid, loud howler monkeys, great shade

Review: Plantion Road is a trail with a gentle slope that passes through a mature dry rain forest. The route runs along the Rio Chico Matambí creek.

You can see waterfalls and a variety of tropical plants and wildlife. The trail ends at the intersection with the historic Camino de Cruces Trail
